Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Nuvana is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with tracking included. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at support@nuvana.store and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nuvana is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@nuvana.store and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
