At Nuvana, we stand behind every splint with a simple promise: if it doesn't change your mornings, you don't pay for it.

The 60-Night First-Step Promise Sleep in your Nuvana for 60 nights. If your first step in the morning still steals your breath — if your mornings genuinely haven't changed — email us at support@nuvana.store and we'll refund every cent. No hoops to jump through, no restocking fees, no awkward questions.

We ask for 60 nights because real tissue recovery takes weeks, not days. That's why we'd rather you judge Nuvana on 60 mornings than on a single moment. The risk belongs to us, not to you.

Standard Returns (Outside the Promise) If you'd like to return your splint before the 60-night window is up — for any reason — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our standard policy.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Items damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging are not eligible for a standard return.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim Your Promise Email us at support@nuvana.store with your order number and a brief note on what's happening. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please don't send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For 60-Night Promise claims, no return of the item is required — just your order number and a note telling us your mornings haven't changed.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Email support@nuvana.store with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Return Shipping For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

For 60-Night Promise refunds, you are not required to return the item.
