Your questions, answered.
Everything you'd want to know before sleeping in your first Nuvana — and a few things you might want to know after.
What exactly is Nuvana?
Nuvana is an overnight recovery splint built for one purpose: to treat plantar fasciitis while you sleep. Worn at night, it gently holds your foot in a neutral position so the fascia heals long instead of short and tight — so your first step in the morning is just a step.
Who is Nuvana for?
Anyone whose first step out of bed feels like stepping on glass. If you've tried insoles, new shoes, frozen bottles, or cortisone shots and the morning pain keeps coming back, Nuvana is built for you.
How is this different from a $20 brace on Amazon?
Most cheap braces cushion or compress the symptom. Nuvana actively holds your foot in a healing position overnight using gentle dorsiflexion — the only mechanism shown to address the cause, not just the pain. Premium breathable materials, three-point adjustable straps, and a 60-night money-back promise sit behind it.
Is Nuvana a medical device?
Nuvana is a recovery aid, not a replacement for medical care. We don't claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a serious or worsening case, always check with your doctor first.
Can I really sleep in it?
Yes — it's built for exactly that. Perforated breathable fabric keeps it cool, the frame is light and low-profile, and three soft straps let you set your own gentle tension. Most people need two or three nights to fully adjust. A simple break-in guide comes in the box.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Some people notice easier mornings within the first week or two; for others it takes longer, because real tissue recovery is gradual. That's why we give you 60 nights to feel a difference — and your money back if you don't.
Do I need one for each foot?
About 70% of plantar fasciitis sufferers only have it in one foot — so most people only need one Nuvana. Each splint is adjustable and fits the left or right foot. If you're in the 30% with bilateral plantar fasciitis, our pair option saves you on the second splint.
Will it work for my case?
Night splinting works by keeping the fascia gently stretched as it heals — that mechanism is the same whether your case is six weeks or six years old. It helps most with classic first-step morning pain. If yours feels different, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly.
How fast do orders ship?
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do ship worldwide. Drop us a line at support@nuvana.store if you'd like us to let you know what shipping times are like to your location.
What is the 60-Night First-Step Promise?
Sleep in your Nuvana for 60 nights. If your first step still steals your breath — if your mornings genuinely haven't changed — email us and we'll refund every cent. You don't need to return the splint. The risk is ours, not yours.
What if I want to return it before 60 nights?
Standard 30-day returns also apply. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email support@nuvana.store and we'll guide you through it.
Is it safe to use?
Nuvana applies a gentle, passive stretch — nothing forced. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, circulation issues, a recent injury, or severe or worsening pain, please check with your doctor first.
Can I wear it with socks?
Yes. A thin sock can actually improve comfort during the first few nights. Avoid thick or compression socks — they can interfere with the strap fit.
What if my pain gets worse?
Some mild stiffness during the break-in period is normal. But if pain noticeably worsens, ease the strap tension or skip a night. If discomfort persists, stop use and consult your doctor. Your wellbeing matters more than any product.
Still need help?
Real humans, not bots. Drop us a line and we'll get back within 1–2 business days — usually sooner.
